Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience as a law enforcement officer or service in a maritime military/LE organization. Criminal Investigation experience is preferred as well as knowledge of ISPS code and experience with security surveillance and screening equipment. Senior Production Managers oversee all production show elements including lighting, audio, video, automation/rigging, scenery, pyrotechnics, and show rehearsals. Senior Watchkeepers are responsible for safe navigation of the ship, maintaining a 24-hour watch by working a four-hours-on/eight-hours-off rotation. Every ship employs three Senior Watchkeepers in the ranks of 1st Officer, Senior 2nd Officer, and 2nd Officer to cover the three watches.
